Inbound Marketing Lead (Maptionnaire)
Maptionnaire is a community engagement platform enabling urban and transportation planners to easily collect local insights and make GIS-backed decisions.
Founded as a university spin-off in Helsinki in 2011, Maptionnaire emerged when urban planning researchers identified a need in how cities gathered community feedback. What began as innovative work in map-based questionnaires evolved into a global SaaS platform, improving community engagement and communication and enabling creating more livable and lovable cities.
We are now looking for an Inbound Marketing Lead to take ownership of Maptionnaire’s marketing and inbound strategy, developing campaigns that increase awareness and drive qualified pipeline—particularly in the US, which is our main market.
You’ll lead content creation, SEO initiatives, lifecycle campaigns, and demand-driving programs, working closely with Sales to ensure our message resonates with our target audience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning insights and creativity into measurable revenue impact, and who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment!

As an Inbound Marketing Lead, you’ll lead our inbound marketing efforts with a strong focus on growing our presence in the US market. You’ll shape the content, SEO, and lifecycle marketing strategies that attract and convert high-intent audiences, while working closely with Sales to ensure strong lead quality and consistent messaging.
You’ll have a marketing team member focusing on content creation, and we have partners for paid marketing and website optimization. You will set the strategy and guide the big picture while also having a very hands-on execution role.
Your responsibilities include
Building and executing Maptionnaire’s inbound marketing strategy with a strong US market focus.

We are an international team of 14 people, mostly based in Helsinki. This role is based in Helsinki and we hope you’d spend 2-3 days a week at the office together with the team. We have a very cozy office in the city centre!
What you’ll bring
