Web and Customer Content Creator
Vire Health Oy is a Finnish health-tech company that helps people time their activity, recovery and sleep for better health. The Vire Clip sits discreetly at the waist – near the body’s core – and, together with the Vire app, turns signals from core temperature, breathing, and movement into clear timing guidance. Vire was founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Lappeenranta University research and is headquartered in Finland. Vire is going to market in 2026 and is currently raising its Seed round.
We’re growing the team and looking for a Web and Customer Content Creator to join us working towards launching the Gen1 version of the Vire Clip!
If you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoy taking ownership, shaping user experiences, and building products that are heading into commercial scale, this role is for you.
How you’ll contribute
In this role you’ll keep our channels sharp and converting - you’ll create content to our website and take ownership of our newsletter.
Working from founder/expert long-form and User-Generated content, you’ll craft clear, on-brand updates in Webflow and orchestrate a steady cadence in our CRM Klaviyo —weekly newsletter, product/education updates, event invites, and lifecycle nudges. You’ll drive the details that move the needle: information architecture that clarifies value, copy that drives action, and clean measurement (CTR, CVR, list health/deliverability).
You’ll work closely with our Head of Content Jukka Aalho and report to GTM & Growth Leader Sara Eklund.
What you’ll bring
Background in content creation, web content management, or CRM/email marketing
3–8 yrs of experience across content + digital production for D2C in English, ideally in health/wellness or consumer tech
Experience running newsletters, content calendar, product updates, or lifecycle campaigns in tools like Klaviyo
Hands-on experience updating websites
Proven ability to write clear, actionable, on-brand copy for web and email
Comfortable working from founder/expert long-form content and turning it into polished, user-facing outputs
Webinar/event ops; affiliate content coordination
Also valuable, but not required
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Experience with Webflow and Klaviyo
Familiarity with testing frameworks (A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, layouts).
Having a health and wellness interest is deeply ingrained in the company culture and thereby expected from the candidates but having experience in the sector is a plus, not a requirement.
As a person, you’re an organised coordinator who communicates proactively and consistently meets deadlines. You’re a strong writer with a sharp sense for clarity, structure, and value-led messaging, and you know how to refine information architecture so pages feel intuitive and convert effectively. You’re data-aware—comfortable tracking CTR, CVR, deliverability, and list health, and using those insights to improve your work.
You collaborate well with others and can shape content from UGC, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners. You’re the kind of team player who can turn messy inputs into crisp, shippable assets, and you take pride in being a quality-minded editor with a nose for clarity and action.
What you'll experience here
At Vire, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape a product that helps people improve their wellbeing. You’ll join early enough to have an impact on core product decisions, customer experience, and the brand our users will carry close to their cores and in their routines.
We’re kind, candid, and collaborative—with clear ownership and a high bar for quality, privacy, and reliability. We are biased to action, instrument everything, and care about driving results through tight and improvement-centric iterations.
The short version — why join Vire
Work with meaningful problems and create real user impact, with autonomy and ownership from day one
Get a chance to join early and influence culture, processes, and product direction
Work in fast learning cycles and collaborate with our scientists and experts across different fields — get a strong trajectory for personal growth
Your compensation will include a monthly salary and equity options. We work in a remote-first team across European time zones with quarterly Finland based offsites.
