Voima Supply is a retail venture within the wider Voima ecosystem. Today, it operates an online store focused on buying and selling physical gold and silver. The next step is to build this into a scalable store concept that combines a premium physical store in Helsinki (Bulevardi) with a growing online store (voima.store) and precious metals services. Gold and silver are the starting point, but the retail offering is designed to expand over time.

We are now looking for a Head of Store & Operations to take full operational ownership of Voima Supply and build this into a working, scalable store and operating model - through hands-on execution.

The strategic vision and long-term direction of Voima Supply are defined at group level. The foundation is in place, but the store concept is still being built. This role is about execution, operations, and making it work in practice - not about rethinking the vision, but building and running it.

You’ll start from a strong foundation:

● An existing e-commerce business already generating approximately €1M/month in revenue
● A clear roadmap for a physical store opening no later than autumn
● A unique position in the precious metals market, backed by Voima Group’s infrastructure

From there, you’ll take the wheel.

What you’ll build

You will take full operational ownership of Voima Supply, building the engine that makes the business work and scale. Your work will combine the physical store and the online store into one functioning operation, with clear processes, reliable execution, and strong commercial performance.

What you’ll do

You’ll work hands-on across both the online store and the physical retail operation, focusing on execution, iteration, and continuous improvement. You will own and run the online store (voima.store) together with the physical retail operation as one integrated business - this role does not cover Voima Account or financial platform products.

You will:

● Take full ownership of the online store (voima.store): catalog, pricing, campaigns, and execution
● Improve fundamentals: product pages, descriptions, merchandising, promotions, and conversion
● Drive engagement and growth through practical channels like search, email, and campaigns
● Lead the end-to-end launch of the Bulevardi store: layout, processes, staffing, readiness
● Design, launch, and operate a new kind of physical service concept for buying, selling, and storing precious metals - and make it work profitably from day one
● Own daily store operations, including inventory, cashflow discipline, and operational risk control
● Run the operation across store, online store, inventory, and team
● Set up practical tools and reporting — no bureaucracy, just clarity

As Voima Supply scales, the team will grow based on business needs, and you will play a key role in shaping how the operation is resourced over time.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially sharp - not just a retail manager, but someone who thinks like an owner.

You’ll succeed if you:

● Have real experience running retail and/or online store operations
● Understand margin, volume, pricing, and cashflow
● Are comfortable building processes from scratch in a 0 → 1 environment
● Enjoy making decisions, executing fast, and improving what doesn’t work
● Can take ownership across store, online store, inventory, and people
● Are execution-driven and pragmatic, and motivated by building and running operations rather than setting visions or concepts

You don’t need to be a precious metals expert — but you do need to understand how customers make decisions and how operations translate into profit.
