Your mission
You’ll take charge of sales in the UK, from first outreach to closed deals and ongoing account growth. You’ll drive new business, nurture key accounts, and help lay the groundwork for a strong partner and reseller network.
You won’t just sell. You’ll shape our go-to-market strategy in the UK, working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Teemu Nivell, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Your key responsibilities
Lead our UK go-to-market execution: build target lists, run outreach, events, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
Run live demos (Teams/on-site), tailoring the story to each customer’s needs.
Identify, onboard and activate channel partners / VARs, in close collaboration with the CCO.
Manage customer relationships: onboarding, renewals, upselling and references.
Gather market insights and channel them directly to product development.
Support occasional opportunities in Australia and the US.
We’re looking for
5 to 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise or upper mid-market) in AEC / infra / BIM / GIS / construction tech.
A proven track record of closing direct deals and ideally experience building or managing VAR / distributor channels.
Strong live demo skills — you can convey value fast and clearly.
A self-starter attitude: you plan, execute, and communicate progress with clarity.
Someone based in the UK, with valid working rights and a willingness to travel (UK + occasional EU/US/AU).
Experience with BIM, point clouds / photogrammetry, or Construction specific CDE tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble Connect, ProjectWise, etc.
Bonus points for:
An existing network within UK contractors, designers, or public infrastructure clients.
Experience with public-sector software procurement.
A background in indirect channel or reseller partnerships.
